We have had our share of rainouts this year and it sure hurts the bottom line of the racing business.
This was one particularly rough start on the season at Wayne County and Wayne Phillips had his
hands full of not only bad track conditions but also many upset competitors.


This is what the competitors were

even the grader had a
hard time manuevering
on the track as Wayne
Phillips signals direction
